- Where is The Med Club Diagnostics?
- Level 4, Ayala Malls Vertis North, North Avenue, Quezon City, near MRT-3 North Avenue Station.
- What are your clinic hours?
- Daily, 7 AM to 7 PM. Bookings are in 30-minute slots.
- How much is an executive check-up?
- Express ₱5,000, Classic ₱9,500 and Deluxe ₱18,000. Deluxe Plus, Prime and Elite have men's and ladies' versions from ₱30,000. All include a doctor's consult and results review, and are 20% off.
- Do you offer home service?
- Yes. PinMed, our home service, covers Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna. Lab-only visits start at ₱500, based on distance, and are free within 10 km of our clinic for lab orders of ₱3,000 or more. Nurse services, X-ray and ultrasound visits cost more.
- Do you offer Mounjaro or medical weight management?
- Yes. Doctor-led plans start at ₱12,000 a month with compounded tirzepatide, and Mounjaro® starts at ₱20,000 a month. New patients see our doctor first (₱750) with labs from the last 3 months.
- Do you do corporate APE and pre-employment exams?
- Yes, in-clinic or onsite. Onsite rates apply to groups of 100 or more, plus a mobilization fee.
- Do you have men's and women's health check-ups?
- Yes. Deluxe Plus, Prime and Elite have separate men's and ladies' versions, with hormone tests, cancer markers, prostate or breast and pelvic ultrasound, and specialist consults.
- Do you have care for seniors?
- Yes. Our healthy aging care gives older adults one doctor who follows their health over time, with check-ups, screening, medicine reviews and home visits. Seniors get 20% off.
- How do I book?
- Tap Book a visit on the-medclub.com, choose your tests and a preferred date and time, and send your request. Our team confirms your schedule and total, usually within the day.
- Do you accept walk-ins?
- Booking ahead is best, especially for packages, ultrasound and heart tests, so we can confirm your slot.
- Which HMOs do you accept?
- Sun Life Grepa HealthCare, InLife Benefits (formerly Generali), Forticare, AsianCare, Pacific Cross, Medicare Plus, iCare, NetCare and AmaPhil, plus PhilHealth YAKAP. Coverage depends on your plan.
- Are you a PhilHealth YAKAP clinic?
- Yes. You'll need your PhilHealth PIN and to choose The Med Club as your YAKAP clinic in the PhilHealth Member Portal or eGovPH app, or at our front desk.
- Is there a senior citizen or PWD discount?
- Yes, 20% off with a valid senior citizen or PWD ID.
- How much is a consultation?
- General Medicine is ₱750 and specialist consultations are ₱1,500, in over 20 specialties.
- How much is a CBC test at The Med Club?
- CBC with Platelet Count is ₱500. Eat and drink as usual, unless the same visit includes a fasting test.
- How much is a FBS test at The Med Club?
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) is ₱350. Fast for 8 to 10 hours. Plain water is fine. No coffee, tea, juice, gum or smoking while fasting.
- How much is a Lipid profile at The Med Club?
- Lipid Profile (Fasting) is ₱1,200. Fast for 10 to 12 hours. Plain water is fine. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before. Booked the non-fasting lipid profile? No fasting needed.
- How much is a HbA1c test at The Med Club?
- HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin) is ₱900. Eat and drink as usual, unless the same visit includes a fasting test.
- How much is a Thyroid test at The Med Club?
- TSH is ₱800. Stop biotin (vitamin B7) and hair, skin and nail supplements 2 to 3 days before. Biotin can change these results. Taking levothyroxine? Take it after your blood draw on the test day.
- How much is a Chest X-ray at The Med Club?
- X-ray - Chest PA is ₱800. No fasting needed. Remove jewelry and metal. We'll give you a gown if needed. Tell us if you are or might be pregnant.
- How much is a Whole abdomen ultrasound at The Med Club?
- Whole Abdomen Ultrasound is ₱4,500. Fast for 6 to 8 hours. No food, gum or smoking. Small sips of water are fine. Whole abdomen: also arrive with a full bladder (see below).
- How much is a 2D echo at The Med Club?
- 2D Echo (Plain), Adult is ₱2,800. No fasting or special preparation. Wear a two-piece outfit.
- How much is a Drug test at The Med Club?
- Drug Testing (In-Clinic) is ₱300. No special preparation is needed.
- How much is a Pre-employment medical exam at The Med Club?
- Basic 5 Package (In-Clinic) & Pre-Employment Medical Exam is ₱1,100. No special preparation is needed.
- Which packages can be done at home?
- Express and Classic. Deluxe, Deluxe Plus, Prime and Elite are done at the clinic.
- Do you give vaccines?
- Yes. Our nurse gives the vaccine after a doctor's check, added once per visit: ₱750 for adults and ₱1,500 for kids. For home service, the check is done online.
- Do you have peptide therapy?
- Yes. Your doctor prescribes a personalized peptide plan after an assessment and labs, and we confirm the price before you pay.
- How can I pay?
- Cash, card, GCash, Maya, QR Ph or online banking. Online, you can pay in full or with a 20% down payment that reserves your slot.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Rescheduling is free at least 24 hours before. Cancelling 48 hours or more before gets a full credit, or a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Less than 48 hours before or a no-show, 20% of the total is kept.
- Are your prices final?
- They're regular rates as of August 2026 and already include reading, procedure and vaccination fees. We confirm your total when you book.
- Is The Med Club licensed?
- Yes. DOH-licensed clinical laboratory, FDA-licensed X-ray facility and FDA-licensed drugstore, operated by The Med Club Health Group Inc.
