- Classic (₱9,500): our most popular yearly check-up for adults; adds a physical exam, liver, kidney, HbA1c, electrolytes and ECG.
- Deluxe (₱18,000): adds thyroid and bone and joint panels and a whole abdomen ultrasound.
- Deluxe Plus, Prime and Elite: separate men's and ladies' versions with cancer markers, hormone tests, heart imaging and specialist consults.

Book online, fast 10 to 12 hours before, and come to Level 4, Ayala Malls Vertis North. Our team guides you through each station, and your doctor explains your results and next steps. Express and Classic can also be done at home with PinMed.

- How much is an executive check-up in Quezon City?
- At The Med Club, executive check-ups start at ₱5,000 (Express). Classic is ₱9,500 and Deluxe is ₱18,000; Deluxe Plus, Prime and Elite have men's and ladies' versions from ₱30,000. All are 20% off the regular price.
- Do I need to fast?
- Yes, most packages include fasting blood tests. Fast for 10 to 12 hours; plain water is fine.
- Can I use my HMO?
- We accept 9 HMOs and PhilHealth YAKAP. Coverage depends on your plan, so bring your HMO card and LOA.
- Is there a senior discount?
- Yes. Senior citizens and PWD get 20% off with a valid ID.
