Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna. The fee depends on your area and service.

Are these prices final?

They're regular rates as of August 2026 and already include reading, procedure and vaccination fees. We confirm your total when you book.

How much is home service?

PinMed home service starts at ₱500 for lab tests, based on the distance from our clinic, and is free within 10 km for lab orders of ₱3,000 or more. Nurse services, X-ray and ultrasound visits cost more. The fee is calculated from your tests and area when you book.

How much is Mounjaro or medical weight management?

Doctor-led weight management plans start at ₱12,000 a month with compounded tirzepatide. Mounjaro® pens start at ₱20,000 a month. New patients see our doctor first (₱750) with lab results from the last 3 months.

Do you give vaccines?

Yes. Our nurse gives the vaccine after a doctor's check, added once per visit: ₱750 for adults and ₱1,500 for kids (pediatrician). For home service, the doctor's check is done online.

Which health package should I get?

Express (₱5,000) is a quick baseline. Classic (₱9,500) adds a physical exam, liver, kidney, HbA1c and ECG, and suits most adults every year. Deluxe (₱18,000) adds thyroid tests and ultrasound.

Can my company get a custom package?

Yes, in-clinic or onsite. Onsite rates apply to groups of 100 or more.

How do I prepare for a pre-employment medical exam?

If your exam includes blood sugar or cholesterol, fast for 10 to 12 hours. Collect your first morning urine and a stool sample if required, and bring a valid ID and your company's request form.

Can our company book exams for many employees?

Yes. Choose Corporate when booking, upload your employee list, and our team will send a schedule and quote. Onsite exams are available for 100 or more employees.

We built The Med Club so that getting checked feels simple: one calm visit, prices you can see upfront, and doctors who take the time to explain.

Under one roof you'll find a diagnostic laboratory, digital X-ray and ultrasound, heart tests like 2D echo and treadmill stress testing, and doctors from over 20 specialties. When coming in isn't easy, our team brings sample collection and clinical exams to your home or office.

Our clinical laboratory is licensed by the DOH, and our X-ray facility and drugstore by the FDA. We work with individuals, families, companies and nine HMO partners, from a single blood test to annual physical exams for whole teams.

What the Pre-employment medical exam checks

A pre-employment medical exam (PEME) or annual physical exam (APE) checks that you're fit for work. Our Basic 5 package covers the usual company requirements, and companies can customize packages for their employees, in-clinic or onsite.

How to prepare

No special preparation is needed. Keep taking your usual medicines unless your doctor says otherwise. Bring a valid ID, your HMO card and LOA if you're using an HMO, and your doctor's request if you have one.

Price and payment

Basic 5 Package (In-Clinic) & Pre-Employment Medical Exam: ₱1,100. Prices are regular rates as of August 2026 and already include reading and procedure fees. Senior citizens and PWD get 20% off with a valid ID. We accept cash, card, GCash, Maya, 9 HMOs and PhilHealth YAKAP.
