Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services of The Med Club Diagnostics, operated by The Med Club Health Group, Inc. ("The Med Club," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services include our clinic at Level 4, Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City, home service, corporate services, programs and pharmacy (together, the "Services"). These Terms are an electronic document under the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792).
Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Medical Disclaimer form part of these Terms. By using the website or sending a booking request, you agree to them.
Not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 right away. Don't use this website or wait for our reply in an emergency.
1. Who we are
The Med Club Diagnostics operates a clinical laboratory licensed by the Department of Health (DOH License No. 13-0402-26-CL-2) and an X-ray facility licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA LTO No. NCR-M-08062481273580). Consultations, tests and procedures are performed or supervised by licensed physicians, medical technologists, radiologic technologists, nurses and other professionals. Some specialized tests are performed by accredited partner laboratories. Medicines, vaccines and biologicals are dispensed by a licensed pharmacist under our FDA License to Operate as a Drugstore (No. CDRR-NCR-DS-2032522).
2. Who can use the Services
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to book for yourself. A parent or legal guardian must book for, consent for and, when required, accompany a patient under 18.
- You may book for another adult, such as a family member, only with their permission. They must present a valid ID on the day.
- We may ask for a valid government-issued ID to confirm identity before tests, release of results, or dispensing of medicines.
3. Booking and appointments
- A booking sent through this website is a request. Your date, time, doctor and total are confirmed only when our team contacts you. Clinic hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Your preferred doctor, date and time depend on availability.
- "Just a question" messages are general inquiries, not consultations.
- Please give complete and truthful information, including your medical history, current medicines, allergies and pregnancy status. Incomplete or false information can affect the safety and accuracy of your tests and treatment.
- Follow the preparation instructions for your tests and confirm them with your doctor. Results may be affected, or a test may need to be repeated, if preparation isn't followed.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change without notice. Prices are regular rates as of August 2026. Prices shown on the website are estimates, and we confirm your final total before you pay.
- Prices are all-in: reading, procedure and vaccination fees are included. Home service adds a separate fee based on the distance from our clinic and your tests.
- We accept self-pay (cash, card or e-wallet), accredited HMOs, PhilHealth YAKAP and company accounts. HMO and YAKAP coverage depends on your plan and eligibility. You pay for anything not covered.
- PhilHealth YAKAP members may be charged a co-payment of up to ₱900 per year, as allowed by PhilHealth.
- Senior citizens and persons with disabilities get the discounts required by law with a valid OSCA or PWD ID. Promo codes and promos can't be combined; we apply the one that saves you more.
- We issue official receipts for all payments.
5. Programs and prescription treatments
- Weight management, peptide therapy and other programs start with a doctor's assessment. Prescription medicines are released only with doctor clearance after your consultation, or with a valid existing prescription verified by our doctor or pharmacist.
- Your doctor decides whether a treatment, medicine or dose is suitable. If you aren't cleared, we'll adjust or cancel the medicine part of your order. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Program results vary from person to person and aren't guaranteed. Fees are for the medicines and professional services provided, not for a specific outcome.
- Possible side effects and risks will be explained by your doctor. Follow their instructions and report side effects right away.
6. Pharmacy
- We sell only FDA-registered products and dispense prescription medicines only with a valid prescription, in line with the Philippine Pharmacy Act (RA 10918).
- Our pharmacist may refuse to dispense a medicine if a prescription appears invalid, a harmful interaction is likely, or dispensing would break the law.
- Under the Generics Act (RA 6675), we may offer you a generic equivalent. You may choose the generic or the branded product, subject to your prescription and availability.
- Dangerous drugs that need a special (S2 / yellow) prescription can't be requested online.
- Medicines are released at the clinic, with your home service visit, or by courier within the Philippines after your prescription is verified. Courier fees are confirmed before you pay, and some medicines may be available for pickup only. Medicines, injectables and other personal health products can't be returned or exchanged once released, except as required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Results
- Results are released to you, or to someone you authorize in writing with valid IDs. For a minor, they're released to the parent or guardian.
- For company-paid exams, we share with your employer only what your consent or the law allows.
- Results should be interpreted by a physician together with your history and examination.
8. Home service and corporate services
- Home service is available in the areas listed on our website. The fee depends on the distance from our clinic and the service needed. Please give a complete address and make sure someone is available to receive our team.
- Corporate services follow these Terms and any separate agreement with your company. If they differ, the company agreement prevails for corporate matters.
